1. Shipping Coverage

1.1 We currently only ship within Malaysia.
1.2 International shipping is not available at this time.
1.3 Deliveries are made to addresses located within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), subject to our logistics partners’ service coverage.


2. Shipping Fees

2.1 All orders placed through our Service enjoy Free Shipping.
2.2 No additional shipping fees will be charged, regardless of the order size, weight, or delivery destination within Malaysia.


3. Processing & Delivery Time

3.1 Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully confirmed.
3.2 All deliveries are expected to arrive within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
3.3 Please note that overnight delivery is not available. We strive to ensure prompt deliveries but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as this may depend on courier schedules and regional coverage.

4.2 If tracking is not available for your order, our customer support team will be ready to assist you in providing delivery updates.


5. Delivery Conditions

5.2 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier service interruptions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
5.3 If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the Customer may need to coordinate directly with the courier to arrange re-delivery.
